Any one delt with Nakto customer service, I have a new bike with a battery that won't charge and their customer service was useless. Working with Mobilty Paradise on the issue now,will keep you up to date.

Are they actually still in business? If so, they might want to take a serious look at Customer service trends 2025 and rethink how they’re connecting with their customers. In today’s world, people expect more than just the basics—they want responsiveness, transparency, and a brand that actually listens. It’s surprising how some companies haven’t caught up yet. Staying relevant means adapting, and improving customer experience should be at the top of their list if they want to stick around.
