Fork done for? Has slight cut in it
#1
Got this bike sight-unseen from an auction. Only recently found out there was a slight cut in the steerer after taking it apart. Around 1mm deep and is only on one half of the fork, it doesn't contact any of the headset bearings but it is within the headtube. Is this fork compromised? Or still rideable.

Any integrity damage can be cause for yellow flag, but not necessarily a red flag.

I probably wouldn't be too worried about this if I pulled it out of my bike.

Only if you do big jumps would that be a concern.
