Wave, Point, Thumbs Up, Head Nod - Always something! I applaud anybody out there staying fit on their bikes. I usually wave to walkers, joggers, etc too.

Local cyclists often do that one-hand-out wave like motorcyclists do. I give the wave if possible, but if I am cranking into a strong wind, they get a head nod! :-)
