Thanks for allowing me to join this community!
I am on the verge of turning the big 4-0, and all throughout the year I have been eager to get out and about and back in better shape. However, this pandemic has limited going to the gym, playing sports with others, and so on. Because of this, I have lately been really interested in getting back into bike riding, which was a huge hobby of mine as a teenager. This would work out in many ways, as I can get out there during the pandemic with a bike and be at minimal risk compared to other physical activities, as well as help me get back in shape and just be more physically active in general.
I look forward to navigating around the forum to see what stories and suggestions people have as far as bikes and challenging yourself goes!
