Is there a standard (or at least common) thread size and diameter for fender eyelets? I have old bikes for which there are no specs or OEM fender bolts, but a lot of fenders are sold with mounting hardware so I'm guessing they are all the same, no?
It would be nice to be able to pick them up at the hardware store... I like to support the LBS but they seem to act more inconvenienced than happy to help for small purchases (in some cases, certainly does not apply to all shops/employees).

I think I worded my post poorly though as I'm not looking for replacement parts for fenders; I'm just curious about the thread size and diameter for fender eyelets brazed onto forks and stays, near the dropouts. They look identical on every bike I've ever seen with eyelets, by eyeballing anyway, so it got me to wondering if they are standardized. My purpose isn't specifically for fenders, but for future hacks that might involve the eyelets... that and I'm just kind of geeky so I like to know these things.
