Electra Bike Frames

My wife got a brand new Electra Townie for her birthday.  On it's first big ride at the Portland WNBR, some asshat moved over on her, forcing her to lay her bike down against a concrete block, which dinged up the paint on the fork and frame.  I'm trying to find some touch up paint, and Electra is no help.  They won't even tell me who makes their frames so I might be able to ask directly for some touch up paint.  Does anyone know who makes their frames, or where I might find some touch up paint?

Depends on the color of the bike, lots of automotive touch up paint available in car parts stores.
