Frozen BB cup
#1
Hey,
The plastic cup on my bottom bracket has completely seized, so much so that it started to bend my BB remover. I've tried getting some lube in there but nothing works and I've also tried to heat it up with a blow dryer. Its getting replaced so even if anyone has a tip on how to get this BB out it would help a lot.
Thanks

I would try either WD-40 or liquid wrench. At worst you could remove the other side and then break out the plastic piece (be careful not to damage the threads inside your frame).
