What Tools Do I Need

Ordered the BB7's and they should be here early this week. What tools will I need for the installation? I have a long allen wrench, with one short side. It looks like an "L". This wrench works on my bike(the screws, bolts, that require an allen wrench). Will this be needed for the disc brake install? Also, saw an Avid vid on You Tube and he has some kinda wrench that measures tension or something that he used on the calipers. What is this called and will I need one? Can one be had at a Home Depot or do I need to go to the LBS?<br />
Anything else I will need?<br />

I'll get a disc brake installation tutorial done as soon as I get the parts and tools myself!
