1993? Specialized Hardrock

Not exactly sure of the year but the decals seem close enough. Started out as an 18 speed. Now an upgraded 21 speed with Shimano DeoreLX/Altus mountain mix. Dumped the high rise stem and bars. Went with a cromo stem and alloy bars. Turned out to be another great go anywhere do anything kinda bike. one to look for on the cheap and good enough of a foundation to dump money into and not sweat it.

Yellow pads...flashy! Don't think I've ever seen brake levers like that. Then again I'm not really into MTB.

the levers are rare vintage Tektro brand from the early 90's. They were a pull from a 1994 Schwinn Crisscross
