Tektro gemi rear brake noise help

H i wonder if someone could help me find out what this noise from my back brake is
a bubble type water liquid sound only under hard breaking its quite annoying front brake is fine
here is the same sound on youtube  from someone else  but no answer to the  problem my brakes are
Tektro Gemi i no they are  entry level  should not make this sound   any help thanks

Some possibilities:
  • dirty rim (clean with rubbing alcohol).
  • pads toe'd in the wrong direction (adjust pads).
  • slight wobble in the rim (true wheel).
  • brake not centered (loosen mounting bolt, have someone squeeze the lever tightly while you tighten the mounting bolt).
  • rim not well aligned at the joint (smooth with emery cloth or 400 to 1000 grit sand paper - remove wheel from bicycle, and tire from rim, protect freehub/freewheel and wheel bearings, sand, clean with rubbing alcohol, put back together)
  • brake pads glazed (remove, sand braking surface, rinse with water, dry, reinstall).

found out this noise for my brakes tektro gemni  this is normal noise the local bike shop said some disc pads are quiter  this is the pads just braking on the rotors   i was just only used v brakes   on other bikes   thanks again good forum
