It's a sting-ray type bike, parts are generic and it essentially has neither collectible value - not being a sought after name and poorly constructed - nor much intrinsic/mechanical value due to condition. Typically it would be found discarded on the curb or perhaps at a garage sale for $10.

While not a highly collectible bike, mostly only Schwinn Stingrays are, these bikes are very popular in Los Angeles and get highly customized. Check LA Craigs list. Do not know where you are. Not very big on the East Coast.
