Creaking noise when sitting

Hello, I've been trying to stop my frame from creaking. It creaks whenever I sit on the frame (even when not on saddle) and especially when I get off the frame. I've even greased the saddle post but no luck.

just the frame? no wheels, BB, fork, etc ?

If it were a whole bicycle, the headset is the first place I'd look; a head set that is not adjusted correctly can result in creaking.

No I have the wheels and everything on. It's just that the creaking happens even when not peddling. I've greased the headset but the noise is still there.
