Rear Cassette question

was wondering if i went from a 12-25 to a 11-23 cassette how much of a difference i would notice looking for more power and speed thanks .

Very very little. 12 to 11 is a 9% change, assuming constant cadence, you will go 9% faster, while putting out 30% more power.

Aerodynamic power requirements at low speeds (less than ½ the speed of sound) are proportional the cube of the speed.

Depending on your condition and flexibility, you might be faster with 12T instead of 11T, especially if you are a "spinner" rather than a "pusher". In addition to the excellent information on the site PK provided; you need to know your own power curve - cadence vs power or force output (rpm vs hp curve for an engine - you are the engine) to figure out gearing for specific conditions.

Solid fuel rockets generally don't have gearing
