Thor Themed Project Bike help

Hey guys so i am starting to put together this road bike starting from the frame but i have been inspired to do a Thor Theme to it but don't k ow exactly how to go about some things. I guess the first issue i need help with is i want to get extra long mustache handlebars and mount some type of wings to the sides. in an ideal world i could make them have white leds but that might be too much. Any one have any tips or ideas how i could something like this?
