My bike is a Specialized Roubaix with 105 triple components (2007). Because the frame cracked Specialized is replacing my frame with a SL3 pro. I would like to upgrade some components; Sram apex 11-32 cassette, Ultegra 6700 compact crank 50-34, and Ultegra BR-6700 brakes. Will these parts be compatible and what else would I need to change when I transfer my parts to the new frame. Thanks, Michael
Just make sure the brakes have the proper reach specs, you may want to replace the chain, and you may need to change the spindle/bottom bracket

Well mix-match of parts usually don't work very good, but, total capacity of the rear derailleur is fine... The only thing I don't know is do road shifters work with a MTB rear derailleur??? Is the ratio of cable plulled is the same on a road and MTB shifters?
Yes, most of the Shimano road and MTB RDs need the same amount of cable pull. On the conversion: I yould have gone with 3 chain rings in the front and a road cassette. The jumps on MTB cassettes are much too wide for my taste...
