Shifter Question

hello my bike is a apollo phaze its a 21 speed 7 on one side and 3 on other side i have installed some TEKTRO AURIGA COMP HYDRAULIC 160mm there is one problem i want to put new gear shifts on my bike and i want them to be flappy onces not twist one's and they need to be 21 speed and plus need to fit with my hydraulic brakes and also i need them to be the make of shimano as my back is a shimano i have asked halford where i got the bike they dont stock or even have any anyone no anything about this i was thinking of going sram but they do a 21 but dont fit my hydraulic's so cant win lol and i dont like the sram's either to plastic because help me many thank's ppl

your only choice; and i don't know if it will fit with your hydraulic levers.
