I have an older schwinn collegiate 5 speed in quite good condition, very minimal rust. For the life of me I can't get these damn pedals off there doesn't seem to be any rust. I tried turning the right pedal counter-clockwise and will not budge. is there any lube I can put on the pedal similar to wd-40 to help loosen it ?
thanks

PB Blaster is the best thing that I have ever found!
Wheelies don't pop themselves. (from a QBP fortune cookie)
Also if you can try and put crank in vise and use a good quality wrench
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!
bought some pb best stuff ever guys I would have never loosened the pedals w/o it !
thanks so much
