Where to buy bearing race (cone part)?

Found cheap axle assemblies. Who knows about numbers like 3/8x26x126x155? What do they mean?

3/8 is the thickness of the axle, 26 is threads per inch, 126 (mm) is the dropout to dropout measurement on the bike that the axle is intended to be used on, 155 (mm) is the overall length.

I think!

If I'm right, this would make it a rear axle for a 6/7 speed road bike. Mountain bikes usually have 130-135 rear spacing.

Thanks, what is drop out? I believe 126 is a length of unthreaded part in the middle.
I think 5/16x26 thread is really 8x1mm, I ordered axle, we'll see.
I talked to a bike mechanic, he said races are possibly OK(???), he offered to install bearings to check for $25. He also looked drugged, it was Sunday around 6 PM, I had to explain him 3 times that I lost balls from freewheel. Instead of selling me 1/8 balls he offered to sell me freewheel for $25.

Drop outs are the part the wheel axles fit into.
So if you undo the axle the wheel "drops out". Smile

both these cones need replacing.
If its a rear wheel, the bearing size is almost certainly 1/4" dia. if you use caged bearings, there will be 7 balls, if loose then 8 or 9.
The thread dia.may be 3/8" or 10mm, doesn't matter which if you are replacing with all new and new track nuts, but do not mix parts from one to another.
You should also check the condition of the inner race in the hub, if this is also badly worn, they cannot be replaced and you need a new wheel.

Thanks.
Rear Axle is 8mm x 1mm x 135 x 180mm
I found replacement for front axle assembly on internet, but nothing for rear. Today some mechanic gave me one cone like new, so I'll probably install it and better old one, I just don't know where else to look for it.

don't think I have ever seen an 8mm. rear axle.
The common sizes are front only 5/16" and 9mm. f/r 3/8". 10mm. and now 14mm. on bmx.

8mm=5/16"
metric 1mm thread= 25.4 TPI, which is very close to 26 TPI
It is hard to expect chinese bike to have standard (non-metric) thread.
