anybody out there know where i can get a roval/reynolds 38cm rear carbon clincher wheel repaired and one spoke replaced. its cracked on the spoke surface and not thru the entire wheel.

Cracked carbon rim

Don't.
There is no good appearing way to make the repair - it will be a large ugly patch attached with a two part epoxy.
The rest of the story is; if you have one crack around a spoke hole, you probably have cracks around other spoke holes.
Likely you need to replace the rim.
