Bianchi volpe year identify

I have an offer to buy this bike, I don't know what year it is.. I don't have a computer and it won't let me upload pictures from my phone it says uploads disabled on every site I try to upload pictures to. If someone could message me on here and let me email them the pictures so I can get some advice on what year this bike is and if its worth the 250 I'm about to buy it for that would be awesome.

I think facebook and ill check another website will let you upload pictures to your account and you can copy the link to it and post it here.
