How to clean handlebar grips

I need help please. Does any body know how to clean bicycle hand grip?

I'd use handwashing paste (or replace them)

Just as Joe was saying, if they are vintage try getting a old toothbrush (preferably one you do not use lol) and mild dish detergent in warm water and brush the dirt off.
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!
