Do Any Electric Bike Allows You to Switch from Manual to Purely Electric Mode?

Does anyone know if there are electric bikes that let you switch from manual to purely electric, so that you won't have to pedal when you're extremely exhausted?

If yes, what's the brand name and where can I find them online?
