Zviedrs,thank u very much.
Cycling life in Guyana is good because there are lots of road races for male s and females riding 120km and 50km and lots more. The 120km has a lot of
mountain climbs but I am not a competitive rider. I ride for fitness because of my age.
There are also races for the kids to help them to keep fit and help them to keep their minds focused.

Hi Meamoantonio, thank you sir.
I do mostly long distance road cycling early in the mornings.
Some days I do12km and some days I do 10km and this depends on the time when I hit the road. I like to complete riding before the sun rises because I have other commitments and I ride to keep fit.

Welcome, Bham. Jealous that you get to ride on and train in the mountains. I spent a lot of time in Boston and sadly didn't have many hills either. Fortunately experienced some mountains while riding in Colombia and Ecuador. Sadly, I haven't gotten a chance to ride in Guyana. Does it get very humid or how are the seasons?
