12 year old carbon bike - Galvanic corrosion? Is this safe?

Hey guys,

Recently bought a carbon bike that's quite old, noticed when I got it home this corrosion at the front deralliuer hanger.

The frame itself is otherwise in great condition, including carbon forks which I have inspected.

Is this a serious structural concern and should I be keeping this bike only on the indoor trainer? Thoughts?

I don't think that it should affect the structural integrity of the carbon fiber tube, but I would bring it to a bike shop (or 2) and let them inspect just to see what they say (you should not be charged, or be charged very little for their opinion, but I would throw a couple $ their way for their time regardless; makes for a better business relationship should you require their help in the future). It doesn't look bad enough the cause the derailleur to fall off.
