Wow, good timing, I just got on the web here at the library to wish y'all a "MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!" The library will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and I had to run errands anyway... and the library is where I get on the web while I work on this home rehab project. I bought a fixer home in Silver City, and there's plenty o' work to be done on it yet, so I didn't want the Internet there on site... a person can waste WAY TOO MUCH TIME on the web, lol. Wink

Y'all enjoy your holiday, and be careful if you're traveling, especially in bad weather! Moi, I got the traveling bug outta my system years ago, so I'm gonna hold the fort with the cats, eat some good food, PAR-TAY like a MOFO, and watch heaps of free football courtesy of the directional TV antenna I recently bought & installed. That antenna works great, there's a cell tower with broadcast repeaters on a ridge to the SW (line of sight from my home), and I pull in many free channels, all with an excellent picture, lol. Merry and happy solstice days to all regardless of the specific holiday, holy day, etc. that you celebrate.
Be safe out there!

Merry Christmas and New year to all.

During Christmas, I "cheated" on MisterGordo aka my fatbike and rode a borrowed bike to Goa, some 150km away from where I currently am. It was weird but glad to be back on a bike..

That's a tough call. Hopefully, it was set up for your build.
How did you manage food, camping etc?
Was the 150k a return?

Big question: What was an advantage, a positive over MistaGordo?
