Bikepacking/Touring + Ham Raido? Anyone?
#1
I'm curious: anybody out there combining amateur radio with bikepacking or bike touring?

Check out this amazing little pixie HF QRP rig!

While interesting I don't really see the point unless you're a ham/morse code fanatic. With a cell phone you can now get apps for all sorts of radio stuff from shortwave to public services, and the list goes on.

That's pretty cool actually!

I knew a guy that would set up a low power beacon, I forgot the frequencies for those low power, non-license band.
