Diamondback Andean On Public Roads?

Would you ride this on public roads or should i stick to a road bike and stay away from TT bikes for that?

It would depend on your personal skill handling a bike like that. There's no particular reason why to ride one over the other except for that, and in windy cities, that these types of bikes can face more side drag disruption.
