Drop Handlebar
#1
Is there any way of cleaning out rust in them. Its not much but I hate to order a new drop handlebar unless I have too. Is there any thing I can pour in it to remove rust or would it be better to order a new one. Any help on this will help thanks.
My dad always told me a Sledge a matic can fix any thing.

If it's a chrome handlebar you can sometimes get it off with a little steel wool and oil, as demonstrated in this video: http://bikeride.com/rust-removal/

On the outside Alex's answer is the #1 best way! On the inside, well I never heard so far of that being done. Only thing I can think of it to spray Liquid Wrench in one end turn it around until it drips from the other end. Then use this handy dandy little tool http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000YBAKVO or similar.
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!

+1 on the gun cleaning kit. I have an asortment of steel brushes like that, one I use frequently for cleaning out seat tubes that get stuck.
