How difficult would it be to convert a frame with track style axle slots to derailer mount?

I am building a fixed gear gravel bike with that frame. Wanted to know in case I change my mind. Can always sell it, I know.

You mean you're building a fixed gear in the front—and want to put a cassette and derailleur on the back?

Problem Solvers makes a chain tensioner with a built-in derailleur hanger.

However, typically the rear derailleur needs to be in a fixed place, so I'm not sure how efficient your shifting would be with that thing if the alignment is skewed.

Make sure to get another tensioner for the other side (it doesn't have to have a hanger). Make sure the wheels are even, and the wheel is as far back as possible. Might even require some tinkering with the chain size, to allow the wheel to scoot back far enough, and into good alignment for the rear derailleur.
