I‘ve read a lot of technical details for somebody who haven‘t took a ride. I don‘t have a clue if I pay to much for a bike with older and used technic. Could you make a sugguest what would be a good price? Is 900€ too much?
2012 Ridley Orion 1204A
Shifting Ultegra 6700 (10 rear gearshift)
Wheels Mavic Aksium Race
Tires Vredestein Fiammante DuoComp
Stem 4ZA Stratos Compact Bend
Brakes 4ZA
With my reseaches I would say the Ultegra is more a nowaday Tiagra ?! Mavic Aksium Race were cheap back in 2012 (?!). 4ZA brakes are entry-level(?)
I think $900 is the high end for this bike. The seller is obviously trying to get their money back. It is also of course subject to "vintage value"—you pay for the uniquness of the vintage. As well as the eye of the beholder. The components are good, but you're very close to a brand new road bike. If you just look up GT Road Bike on eBay,

Ultegra is closer to Dura Ace than it is Tiagra. Many people choose Ultegra over Dura Ace even, because the components are very close in quality and weight, but are much more affordable.
Forza is an alternative brand. You could probably expect the same performance as Tektro, which is good.
