Help with Vintage Litespeed F/S

I need to replace the rear shock an a vintage (94 or 95) Litespeed Ocooee F/S (Fox Alps). I'd prefer to use a Rock Shox. Can anyone tell me the shock and mounting adaptors needed? Thanks in advance.
