Recommend a Wheel Set

I have a single speed Trek 300 Elance. I mainly just use it to bike around neighborhoods and a little college town. When I rebuilt it after I bought it I threw on a cheapy wheel set. Looking for a step up from what I have. Hopefully around $200 for the set. Recommendations and opinions would be greatly appreciated.
