Hi ,I am an old Harley rider , and because of in intense radiation for cancer I have no balance, so I bought an adult trike made by Sun it is a 7 speed . I couldn’t find a trike forum , if I am not supposed to be here let me know and I will move on.
My last trike was made by Harley Davidson 😀 in 2010 been riding MC since I was 17. I am 81 now.had radiation for cancer and now I don’t have no balance, sooo , I need exercise and my spin bike is nice in the winter but I need the outdoors .i would like to know if there is a utube or a video on riding an adult trike. It is a lot different from my last trike 😀 Thanks for reading my post.

as far as I know, first time on a tricycle can be challenging. this is the first video I found on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSBaoOQv9A0) made by Germans apparently. read the top comments there, under the video.

Thank you papa Dom, I will definitely look at this video, thanks again. I am sure I my like riding my trike, it will be an new experience , somewhat different than a Harley, thanks again.
