Giordano Libero 1.6
#1
Ciao, everyone.
I got this entry road bike (Giordano Libero 1.6 (2019)) as a present from my father. I hope it will help me with finding the old shape. I'm still 18 but used to be more fit couple years ago.

Is there anything I should consider before jumping on the bike? I can afford some small upgrades, but nothing much into three digits for now.

That's not a bad beginner's ride, man.

Please, get a comfortable saddle, your buttt will appreciate that Smile
Tires can be changed, although can be kept. When tires start causing problems (puncture after puncture, after punctur) then you know it's time for an upgrade, such as Schwalbe Durano Plus. I also suggest to visit LBS before the first ride (or ask friends/father if they have knowledge) to get the basic tuning and check.

Update.
So far so good. We adjusted shifting before my first rides, friend helped me with his knowledge and his bike stand. As this is my first real road bike, I don't feel any glitches or issues so far. Feels so much better than biking with my old wheeler! I haven't made any upgrades yet, most likely it won't happen the bike will have to be fixed. But yes, the saddle will have to prove itself once I tackle more than 20 mle rides Smile
