Bike fit
#1
I'm 71 yrs old.  I stand 5'6''. For 11 yrs I a rode a hybrid with a 17.5 in frame, before that a mountain bike. I am looking at a Fugi Aboslute , which they call a flat bar road bike. When I test road the 17'' frame I felt as if my knees were going to hit my chest. The 19 '' frame felt much better. I am confused as to which bike will be a better fit for me. Any thoughts????

Your knees should be slightly bent and yes you should feel comfortable at all times when riding a bicycle. Seat adjustment is key as well.
