Adjusting shifter cable on SA AW hub
#1
I rebuilt my 1969 Sears 3speed(Sturmey Archer AW knockoff) hub. It works fine, but my issue is that I have to adjust the cable so tight that I can just barely click it into 1st gear. Sheldon says there should be a little give in the indicator chain for 1st gear. Any ideas?
