Broken seat post bolt

I broke my seat post bolt off on my specialized. It is an older steel allez. It is in mint condition and I love riding it. Any ideas how to get the bolt out?

A lot depends on where the seat post bolt was broken. If it has a part that's accessible, it should just be able to be pulled/threaded out with a pair of pliers (vise-grips might help too). If there is no part of the bolt that can be held with the pliers, then you'd have to drill a hole into the bolt and grab onto it with a pair of needle-nosed pliers and thread the rest out.
I don't know if that's much help to you, but hopefully it'll get you an idea or two on how to get started with this.

Why is it that they make adult bikes that'll generally work for 5'9" or above, yet when you pedal these same bikes they only work for someone who is 5'4" or so?
