I can't get to high gear.

So I'm new to these forums and also to bicycling, like I just recently learned how to ride a bike and a 2 weeks ago I bought my first bike.

So I have been having troubles with my bike for some days now, It got really bad at one point but I've been able to fix it a bit. With very bad in the form of the chain falling from the front gears.
I have fixed that, however, the chain cannot get to the biggest gear of the front. I'm not really sure why.
Can someone help me?

On a new bike purchased assembled locally you should not be working on it, especially with so little experience. Return it to the shop where you bought it, have them properly adjust it and also show you something about shifting and basic care.

Unfortunately I didn't bought it on my country, so the shop were I bought it Is a bit... far away.

Well, then where are you located? Are there any bike co-ops (bike kitchens) nearby? If not you need to Google "adjust front derailleur." parktool.com and sheldonbrown.com are the best sites. There are also what are supposed to be very good videos on this site. Go through the ENTIRE procedure, as the positioning of a front derailleur must be correct before you make any adjustments.

Take it to the bike shop. I agree with cny- man. You must take it to the bike shop or store or where ever you bought it. Also I agree with the last post. If you have a bike shop around or somewhere in your area you can drop it there and let them adjust it for you. Hope this helps
