Whats the name of this part?

Hello i need help i have a MTB GT richter 8.0 and i been looking for that perticular piece. On my biycle the part where it holds the cables for the front brake broke off so i went to my local bike shop to see if i can could get it repaired and they told me i would need a new fork that would be expansive cause the fork is rock shockx or they also said i can get it weld on but they would make no promises so i am alittle counfused on what i need.[undefined=undefined]

I am guessing that the item is the picture is the brake bridge, but it would be a whole lot easier to show the parts assembled, and what is broken.

The cheapest solution if you do NOT have shifters and brake levers integrated, is to get a V-brake lever and a V-brake for your front wheel, which doesn't use the hanger/cable stop feature that broke. Including a new brake cable and housing, that will set you back less than $30- for good pieces: Avid SD3 brake, Tektro lever, Jagwire cable and housing.

The problem you run into is that the new forks do not support the use of canti brakes, and thus have no hanger/cable stop feature.
