am getting into mountain biking and don't know much and i want to know the basics like what are good brand and the ones to stay away from also what type of tires to run i have a gaint rincon
cny has provided you great suggestions. You need to provide a whole lot more information about where you are planning of riding for any good recommendations on tires. There are tires that do better in sand, ones that do better in mud, and others that do better over rocky terrain. I concur with cny's recommendations of where to ask your questions, the more complete information you provide with your questions, the more useful the information you will receive.
