Hello every one..

Somebody help me, For my back pain torture ..

More information needed. Assuming that you believe it is somehow bicycle related, post a picture of you riding your bike.

In addition, cut out caffeine entirely, and drastically reduce your sugar intake - both can cause kidney pain, which feels like lower back torture.

having the bars a bit lower than the saddle with the saddle high enough so that my leg is almost straight at the bottom of the stroke is most comfortable. I am a BIG guy, and in my 50's.
