Need to Replace Pedals

I just bought a 24" cruiser. The 26" were too high for me. I gotta change the pedals, handlebar, and grips out to make it look like an adult should be riding it. I am debating all black tires, too.

Can any pedals, handlebars, and grips fit it?

Any handlebar made for upright bikes (cruiser, mtn bike, etc.) should fit fine. You could not put drop style racing bike bars (assuming you weren't planning to.) The bars should have a 1 inch "clamp diameter".

Any grips.

Pedals - It's a little tough to tell from the picture. But I think you will need pedals that will fit a "1 piece crank". These have 1/2" threads, and not the 9/16" threads that most higher end bikes would have. You'll have fewer choices, but there should be some options out there.

Doesn't particularly look like a "kid's bike" to me. But bars that aren't so wide will probably give you a better, more comfortable, and more powerful riding position.
