Does anyone know what current model is compatible with a my mountain bike's 7 gear CT92 rear derailleur? Or, where can I still by a CT-92? Thanks!

This Shimano SLX should work well as a replacement.

You can successfully use Alivio, even it's made for 8 speed, it will work good with 7.
