Problems with my freespin

Hi!
I have a problem with my bike and freespin. When pushing the bike, the pedals(and chain) keep going round instead of freespin.
When I ride the bike and stop pedaling it's fine but try pedal backwards and the chain gets stuck at the back wheel.(the 7 gear cogs at the back don't seem to move easily anymore and they don't make that nice clicking noise either)
I am guessing something is stuck somewhere but what shall I do? I'd prefer not to take it all apart as I use the bike every day and don't really know how to do it. Any advice appreciated thank you

It sounds like the ratchet in your freewheel/freehub is gummed up. You can try to get some lube inside of it. Turn the pedals backwards and try to spot the border between where the center part of the gear cluster stays still and the cogs themselves spin. Lay the bike on its side and drip some chain lube or something similar at that border. Try to spin the gear cluster and keep working more oil in.
