Cantilever brake cable replacements - DIY assistance needed.
#1
Hello all,

After a few years of spending a load of money on bicycle repairs I want to start trying my own hand.

I have an old bike which has I believe Cantilever breaks front and back (they look like an upside down 'Y').

Both brake cables are rusted through and I think they need replacing.

Can anyone recommend some advice or perhaps send me in the direction of an online tutorial so that I might be able to investigate this further?

Cheers if you can help!
