Odd noise from discs.

Been loving them for the most part, but coming home last night from the hills I started getting this brutal grinding sound when I hit my brakes.Best way to describe it, is a rubbing rubber sound.
When bike has been flipped the sound isn't there, only when theres weight on it does it happen.
There's no interference with tire or cables in anyway, pads are almost new as well.
Any help or ideas as to what *could* be wrong would be appreciated, thank you.

Check for any obstruction (like a small pebble or something) in between the pad and the metal disc. Also make sure the disc is "true" like a wheel.
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!

I spent a good three hours looking, also had a buddy and neighbor check it in case i missed something.
Thank you for at least trying to help.

Upon further research I found a youtube video with what sounded to be the problem I'm having.
Solution, resurface rotors or buy new ones, gonna try resurfacing tonight.
