Yes ya all were right that my problem was a blown or bad freewheel.
It is under warranty and today I received a new rear wheel assembly.
Does not look too hard but I am asking for any advice that can help me from here.
So after I put my tire on the wheel , what is next ?
Thanks for any help.

Oscar,
From this and your previous posts, I assume that you are a newbie to bicycle maint & repair. You could pay to watch the videos on this site (best videos IMO) or do a web search on "bicycle maintenance". There are alot of you tube videos posted that will show you what to do and how to do it. Sheldon Brown's site is a very good resource for newbies. It has a glossary that will teach you what is what on your bike. I'm certain that we all would like to help you out, but we need more info from you. We'll need you to be more specific about what you are doing, and Sheldon Brown will teach you how to do that. Here are a couple of sites I found useful in my newbie days. (and still do)
