Metal Pedal BMX
#1
Hi all,
Need some suggestions on BMX pedals. Prefer metals ones because the nylon ones break too easy! Links to sellers are welcome.

Thanks in advanced,
Bill.

P.S. I really do not want the half plastic half metal ones.
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!

Do you need 1/2" or 9/16" ?

I like these:

not BMX - but are big, strong and no plastic.

These aren't BMX (standard pedal threads), but I cannot recommend these enough:

I believe they do international shipping, and in my opinion you will not find a better flat pedal for the money. They're certainly big (but thin), strong and metal. DHers love them over here because they're cheap, big and strong without being ridiculously heavy.

If you want extra grip, whack in longer grub screws.

I have 2 pair of Wellgo Mg-1 Magnesium Platform Pedal (black in color), one on my Hooligan 8, the other on my Specialized Sirrus. And they are fine for urban commute/utility rides...depending on "other factors" I can sometimes pull these. 9/16". Goodbye straps on the Sirrus!

Others (9/16") with which I have no experience:

I believe Shimano still makes BMX pedals but you pay the usual Shimano premium.

bikeusa.com offers tons of pedals.
