Wow I thought I had seen it all! The only problem is if one of those cars behind him bump the back of that then he/she is in for one heckuva ride Sad .
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!

Now that you say that it also looks like he has some other safety equips, but yes definitely cool!
