Cheers dannymac.

I tried it few days ago, seems good stuff, mixed up some in my usual drinks bottle and not sure if i got the mix right but i got further for longer and didn't seem as worn out as I usually do.

The Tesco I got it from is a big superstore one, has an aisle of bike stuff like tubes and lights and does a load of powders, also stocks all that creatine stuff and weight gain the body builders use.

Glad to hear that surreypete! Regardless of what anyone says nutrition and energy supplements are a must for everyone doing sport especially long distance before and after!

Ya I looked into the Tesco sale of these item's. Turns out it will never happen in Ireland. The government have banned them from it to protect small business.

You can Purchase mixing bottles on chainreactioncycles.com very cheaply for SIS only a few quid each. SIS PsP22 is 50g powder per 500ml bottle, they every 45-50mins but an hour works well. SIS Go electrolyte is 40g per 500ml bottle (This powder is good for indoor training or hot weather where u sweat a lot) and SIS rego is 50g per 500ml bottle for after training (This drink I couldn't recommend highly enough)

I would price SIS on chainreactions as well they may still be cheaper than Tesco they often do good deals.

I'm glad to help! Smile
